I am a Certified Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and have helped many homeowners and buyers in the sale and purchase of their dream homes from the waterfront to the backcountry. We also are extremely knowledgeable about bank-owned or short-sale distressed properties in all price ranges.

Before my real estate career, I was a manager of an investment company and spent 15 successful years in sales and marketing management with IBM in Kansas City and Los Angeles where I became a leader known for quality, service, and results in everything I do. I am originally from Southern California and hold a Business Marketing degree from the University of Southern California. My passion is to help others fulfill their real estate dreams whether buying or selling.
I am very active in the community. I am actively involved with Habitat for Humanity, Coeur d’Alene School District, and the tennis community. My husband John and I met in college on the Around the World floating campus Semester at Sea and have 2 adult children. We enjoy skiing, boating, tennis, pickleball, and living the Idaho lifestyle.
