About John Williams

As a member and leader of the Williams Luxury Real Estate Team, I have been involved with hundreds of transactions during the past 15+ years. I attribute my success to my passion for helping people combined with my effective communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities. As a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Idaho and Washington, I continue to invest considerable time and effort to keep abreast of the latest marketing, technology, legal, building construction, and design trends.

 

I am an active member of the National Association of Real Estate Agent and all three regional MLSs Coeur d’Alene, Selkirk (Sandpoint), and Spokane, WA. On a personal note, I met my fantastic wife Lea in college while studying on “Semester at Sea” and we have two wonderful adult children and one ornery cat. My formal education includes a B.A., in Mathematics from Williams Jewell College in Liberty, MO, and an M.B.A., from Rockhurst College in Kansas City where I was born and raised.

 

In addition, I am actively involved with many local organizations and charities. I enjoy tennis, pickleball, snowboarding, boating, golfing, and fishing, and enthusiastically embrace the Pacific Northwest lifestyle.
