Lea has been involved with buying and selling real estate, investment property and property management for over 20 years giving her a vast knowledge of the importance of service to her clients. She specializes in resort homes, investment and income property, short sales, foreclosures, bank owned properties, 1031 exchange and self-directed real estate IRA's.

Specializations :
Lea is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Idaho and Mountain Central Association of Realtors, and the Mountain Central and Intermountain (Boise) Multiple Listing Services(MLS). She is an Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and has helped many homeowners and buyers in the sale and purchase of Bank Owned or Short Sale distressed properties in all price ranges.

Other Awards and Recognitions : Prior to her real estate career, Lea was a manager of an investment company and spent 15 successful years in sales and marketing management with IBM where she became a leader known for quality, service and results in everything she does. Lea is originally from Southern California and holds a Business Marketing degree from the University of Southern California. Her passion is to 'help others fulfill their real estate dreams' whether buying or selling.

Hobbies : Lea is very active in the community. She and her husband John, are founding members of the McCall Tennis Association. She is on the board of the McCall Community Improvement Corporation, a member of the McCall-Donnelly Schools Strategic Planning Committee and an active volunteer at McPaws Regional Animal Shelter. They met in college on the floating campus Semester at Sea and have two children. She enjoys skiing, boating, tennis and living the Idaho mountain life.
